Sunday:

Wings and Wheels Benefit Car Cruise. Bowman Field, Sunday. Registration, 10 a.m.-noon; awards, 4 p.m. For more information, call Ernie Jones, (502) 593-4632.

This show combines an auto and airplane show.

Wednesday:

Southern High School Car Show and Pig Roast. Southern High School Magnet Career Academy, 8620 Preston Highway, 5-9 p.m. Wednesday. Registration, 5-7 p.m. Best of show and top 20 awards, door prizes. Registration is $10. (502) 485-8330.

Post up with interest in attending these events. I plan to make it out the cruise tonight and tomororrow. Both should be packed.

Bump.

I and Jinxed should be at the car show on Wed night. Our cars will definately be appreciated at this cool-weather car show in the south end. Might also be an easy way to snag a top 20 award.
