Head right over to American Muffler in Westbury
See Steve, I personally think this is the best exhaust shop in NY.
He did My uncles Classic 442 from manifolds to tail pipes and he installed my mufflers and res-delete tips very reasonably priced
Lifetime Warranty on his work and hes been around for a long time.

For a set of Mufflers installed he charged me $200. For my res-deletes, he charged me $25.
Hes very reasonable and very popular among classic car owners

Paul does this guy do custom work? I'm thinking about fabricating a custom H-Pipe to bolt up to my Kooks Headers and replace the X-Pipe.

Yes, he fabricates custom exhaust systems. He did for my uncles Classic, we just chose the mufflers and tips.
Hes a flowmaster and cherry bomb dealer.

Had American Muffler install a complete exhaust system on my 1973 Oldsmobile Toronado. The cost was about $450.00.

lets see. i'll give him a call. thanks guys. sory i didnt answer you back jabo. i got the slp headers , the slp down pipes and flowmaster 40 deltaflow mufflers. hope i can get an extra 30hp with all that and the ligenfelter cold intake. then, i hope i'm done :burnout:

Since we Live in NY we have the option to visit Kooks themselves for the install, they also fabricate custom exhaust as well

Since we Live in NY we have the option to visit Kooks themselves for the install, they also fabricate custom exhaust as well

Talking to Kooks, they had told me that they did not do the actual install.
They did have a reputable shop that they work with that could do the install.
This shop could also make the custom exhaust for the kooks.

Defyant had his exhaust done this way using the FRPP mufflers.
I'd like to do mine, in the future, with either Magnaflows or Flowmasters,
and possibly Wes' delete tips.

Shea Stadium...guy charged me only 90 buck to install the Borlas. He's about half way on the street that faces the stadium. He's on the corner and has chrome bling mufflers on display. The shop is painted blue.
