My buddy in high school had one of these , same color , back in '88...I can still remember him bringing it in to auto shop when we were supposed to be changing oil, rotating tires, and such....all he would do was crank his stereo, every 5 minutes or so shop teacher would yell "dammit Brent, turn that $hit down!!!" Back in the day, it was a pretty cool ride...

They made a Dodge Omni GLHS with the turbo motor in it too. Saw a mint black one at Worcester Nationals a couple of years back. I'm not really into those ugly and obscure models from the 80's but just imagine that egg shaped thing pulling up next to you at a light and start spoolin' up!

I drove a number of turbo Chrysler 2.2-2.5's..... yeah, they can be a BLAST! Beware the torque steer!
I'd love to have the one posted above, but it makes no sense right now.

you have to be kidding...all summer I look for one of those and now i have no money one pops up.....I got no luck.

My best offer....$25.27......not worth it but I will give it to Rich as I expect I will be the high bidder. . I remember those POS. :puke: I think that Carrol was having a nervous breakdown when he signed up for this deal. Dennis

in its day it was cool Dave. I think its ugly but they were fast....

Correction... Extremely fast!

I have a friend who owned one with minimum modification and he made the 1/4 mile at Napierville in 9.86 sec

Bye bye Marauder :banana2:
