No, if you're going to put headers in, you're going to custom build an entire exhaust system, the stock 2" pipe is worthless.
It was maybe 3 hours of tubing bending and welding to fabricate the exhaust up.
If you're not interested in power gains, go ahead with just a set of flowmasters. It you want power, don't piece meal it, save your pennies and do it right the first time round.
Marauder2306, I've got no clue... I would expect an even larger benefit than would be seen on a N/A car. When a buddy of mine did Kook's long tubes on his 2000 Lightning, the difference was just as impressive. I think he was making an extra 35ft lbs of torque at the rear wheels...
