Getting garage kept MM (A YEAR AND A HALF)

New member
ive been away at school 4 the past yr and a half and my MM has been in my garage collecting dust. ive started it it wen ive had the chance but thts obviously not good enuff. i let it run and noticed that it overheats after while. wat is goin on?? never had this problem b4. PLEASE HELP!!! any other tips to get a garage kept MM bak running rite wuld b appreciated....
 
What is the condition of your coolant? I have seen thermostats come out in 10 pieces due to rusting. Is the electric fan working?
 
the coolant hasnt been changed since the yr and a half and b4 tht i dont even remember. the fan works as well. im closin in on 70,000 miles.

im hopin its nothin big and its juss the the thermostat like urs!!!

i totally agree with you...this is MM, not english class..:beer:
 
Whats up man..I agree that it is the stat. The gasket behind the oil filter is leaking on my Marauder. I am off tomorrow if you want me to come pass.Hit me up.

....I think you meant 'whose', the posessive form of who....
