Here's a Chance - Convertible Concept Marauder!

When Ford put this on ebay I believe it sold for $37,000 . It was over 4 years ago .

At that time ,if I remember correctly , it did not have a complete drivetrain, windows or top . They hadn't reinforced the chassis as is necessary in a convertible . Hence , not roadworthy .

It sure would be interesting to see if some future owner will eventually complete this great concept car .

What no roof no windows a peanut motor. Looks like the sister to a Chrysler Lebaron. I 'll give them $50.00 to take it away. I will turn the raido up as high as it will play. Pick up the chicks from the vidio from ZZ Top as cruise the blvd for an hour. Then drive like I stole it. Maybe enter it in a demolition derby. After send the pictures to the designer with a note to consult the members of our forum if they want to build a real Marauder.

I'd like to see what it really looks like. The photos from the website are the same ones shown when the concept was introduced. They MIGHT be touched up a little, ya think?
Dave, make sure Alex takes lots of pics!

Some bigger cars look funny as a convert, this concept looks funny with the long doors. Sort of reminds me of this car, LOL! ...

I say it goes for $45K

I like the two door vert look.

Speaking of the car not being road worthy. Could someone buy this convertible and make it road worthy and try to get a title for a kit car of some kind?
