Best bet is to pull an 05 aviator engine and swap the intake manifold (and a few other minor things). Plus the 05 aviators have the DC heads.
You will see during the swap but off the top of my head:
Valve covers
COT
Waterpump return tube (Heatercore to waterpump, runs in the valley)
Crank pulley
Timing cover (optional but I would)
Heatercore return to COT pipe (runs along pass side head)
Oil filter adapter
Intake manifold
I think thats it. I'm sure someone else will chime in
So this engine is equivalent to the motors in the Marauders? Same horsepower and everything?
4.6L 4v, cams and all are the same as stock. You could do the same with an 03-04 mach1 motor. I'm not as educated on the ins and outs as some members are. but from my reading and building they are identical aside from the parts I listed (and again maybe a few others).
Ive decided to just pull my motor out and have it rebuilt. I dont feel confident putting a used motor in it with high mileage seems that I only can find high mileage replacements in the DMV area. Ive seen some rebuild kits online with pistons rings and everything..anybody suggest a particular rebuild kit?
Are you doing a stock rebuild? I hope not.
At the very least, get some Diamond Pistons and good rods.
All depends on the price if im gonna do stock or not. You know the price of the kit that you mention?

Dream on... dream on, dream until your dreams come true...
I could buy another Marauder supercharged for that price lol
$8.00.......Yes that may be in the higher end, what do you have $ for a budget for a rebuild?
