I think I blew my engine

A fair amount of oil will get sucked into the intake, unless you have a catchcan and even then it gets removed from the oil pan. I always put 7+ quarts in it - full mark on my lokar dipstick (made for 4.6) also a good idea to make the factory oil gauge work by adding a sender.

Sorry about your engine. If damaged you can get a reman motor, or have one built, or get a used engine from a yard.
 
Mine will be at MO's next week getting a cobra long block put in and my stock motor with 80k on it will available for $1,000 if your interested. Runs fine and quiet and does not use any oil. Good luck getting yours back up and running.

I'm down the road from you down Indian Head. Which Darcars dealer you're at? Anyway I would check all the COP units first and make sure all the plugs are secure. I've blown so many on my CV and three on the MM. I was on the beltway omw to Ft Meade when my oil pump failed without warning and the dummy oil gauge was the worst idea ever on this car. I just said the hell with it and sold the car. The member above^^^has the best solution but the only thing would be getting the engine here. 1,000 for a running motor is a sweeeeeet deal imho.:bows:

Yes sir that is a sweet deal! And I'm at Darcars in Marlow heights branch ave Chrysler jeep dodge..the guys here are trying to talk me into getting a challenger or charger...

2015 Charger R/T Scat Pack... we will not hate you for getting it as many of us (including myself) have considered buying one.

Im sorry for the delay. I unexpectedly had to fly down to texas for a bit. Trust me, i want my old motor out and my new one in just as bad as you want another motor :)

I havent been online or near civilization in 2 weeks... LOL.

Back on schedule now :)

Ok man no prob just a lil anxious im trying not to buy another car lol. Its hard coming to work everyday and looking at these brand new chargers and challengers I kinda want one.
