Hey Guys! I hope this is the right place to post this, if not, I apologize.

I have a small business doing projector headlights for anything on the Panther platform. ( www.facebook.com/PantherLights ) I have been interested in doing something for our fog lights, so I have been around on the Facebook groups gauging interest on getting projector fog lights specific for our car. So...I've done that. I thought I would make a post here to see if there is anyone interested in getting in on my preorder that I set up. I made somewhat of a long post on my business page on Facebook so I am just going to paste that here for those of you not on the Facebook group.

******************************
Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights for your Mercury Marauder are finally available for preorder. This offering is available through Panther Lights and is expected to ship mid-May 2018.

When you purchase the XB LED Fog Light kit you will receive:

(2) Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights
(2) 03-04 Mercury Marauder specific adapter brackets
(1) Hardware kit; includes spacers and stainless steel bolts.

If the kit is ordered this way, it will be required to modify your factory harness to adapt to the H11 input on the rear of the LED Fog Lights. Because of this, I will also include a female H11 adapter for you to splice into your factory harness.

The cost of the kit will be $205.00.

If you are not interested in modifying your factory harness, I can provide a complete plug and play harness for you that will plug directly into your factory harness without any modification.

The cost of the harness will be $90.00.

I also offer Yellow Lamin-X Fog Light Film. Not only is it for the guys who like the functionality and appearance of the yellow fog light, but also for those who want to protect their investment.

The cost of the protective film will be $20.00.

If you are interested in purchasing this kit please reply to this post letting me know you’re ordering. Then send me a private message and include your PayPal and shipping information. Once this is received I’ll send you an invoice and request for the funds. This will lock in your purchase and ensure that you are one of the first to receive this kit.

For the sake of keeping things organized l’d really like to keep this post on subject. So unless you’re going to order a pair of Fog Lights, or ask a question about them, please save that for another time.

*** These are preproduction photos. Actual product may vary slightly.

****** These fog lights do not include the OEM fog light mounting brackets. They are pictured for demonstration purposes only. Your Mercury Marauder should already have these installed on your current bumper cover.

When the time comes to place the order, if funds are available, I'll be getting a pair

I’m taking orders now to lock you in for the first batch. Let me know if you wanted to do that now, if not; you know how to find me 😊

There is no minimum, there will be more if you don't plan on getting in on it right away. This is just to be in on the first batch. They should start shipping early/mid May

I converted all my front lights to 8000K HID more than 10 years ago. That's when kits were priced to the stratosphere but they all (4 bulbs, 6 ballasts) still work. Night driving is like the roads are white paper. A lot of new cars come with LED projector headlamps now and these will definitely drop in price. One of the cars at my shop is a 2015 Prius C and has high and low beam focused LED headlights. I'd like to get my hands on a pair of these lense assemblies and do a projector retrofit. I believe it uses just the single LED and lense but uses a mechanical shutter to focus the light.

Yeah, LEDs have come a long way for sure. In terms of projector headlights tho, HID projectors are still king as far as performance goes. However, you can't beat the ease of LEDs...

Yes, will you offer us Morimoto HID projectors for the fog lights?

I see on your Facebook page, you do offer Morimoto HID projectors for head lights. Awesome.

As your main source of light (headlights) I try to stick with HID projectors unless we were to use a projector made specifically for LEDs. There aren’t many.

The LED projector fog lights are perfectly balanced and tuned for the integrated LEDs and the light distribution is perfect.

I’d like to see more on your headlights as well. I ended up swapping HID’s into a pair of two day old LED housings on my F150 (EBAY). The LED output was damn near the same candle as the stock lighting! I messaged the seller and he said no issue at all for the low beam but not the high. I was good with that as the low is more than enough, plus I have a light bar for when it’s not.. So using HID projectors, yours are upgradable as well?

Yeah I use HID projectors in my builds, and I have a wide range of them to choose from. Range from budget to high performance, obviously ranging in price. The projectors I use are very much functional giving a great output for better visibility...that is what they're supposed to do lol unlike the prefabbed eBay lights. Those are pretty terrible.

I have LED projectors also that I use for headlights also, and they're are super impressive. Also, these LED fog lights are super bright and efficient. I want to get some drone footage of these at night so you can see the spread, it's pretty wild...
