Since jflave is not allowed to post in the thread he started and DR responded and most likely will add nothing else, why not just lock it, delete it or close it. Serves no purpose to keep it open(ha!)other than to piss people off.

That is not what the forum rules states! He should be able to respond per the rules. Here is what the rule says.

Only the vendor being reviewed, and the author of the original post are allowed to respond.

I see nothing that stops a reply as long as it is the people involved!

It seems to me that the administration supports DR no matter how many people he ****s over. Really??????

Yeah...DR still hasnt answered alot of questions...for instance the 4K miles on the car.

For all that time waiting to replace engine after engine there was alot of miles put on it in a short period of time.

So who is gonna close this thread per Reinhart request?????????
When you do make sure you take my flags away too.

C'mon folks.

The 2 parties involved, John and Dennis need to work this out.

Starting threads such as this is counter-productive, not only to the parties involved, but to the site as a whole.

Mike.

So is deleting threads every time someone has a legitimate problem with this guy. It was a vendor review.

The rules are clear and put in place to prevent the "kangaroo court". Allow it to play out. What is the big deal anyway. I'd understand if this was on DR personal web site, but it's not - right? This is a third party forum. Why does the "third party" care so much?

It seems like this is marauder net brought to you by dr and if you don't like it than F!@K OFF!!!

Uh maybe because jflave is not allowed to respond per a moderator! If he cannot respond it's a joke to even keep it open and pretend he doesn't want to or is overwhelmed by DR's reply. Shows over, move on, business as usual.

100 % wrong

Nothing in my book is counter-productive about getting to the TRUTH!
Tell me how this hurts the site?

That ain't right to either party. All it does is put it out there, the fires lite but we won't let it be put out?

I'm afraid so. :(

Not only was the 4K miles not answered for, but neither was the damage to the bumpers, hood repaint, the entire front end being either replaced and under coated, or his old one being undercoated to hide damage, and why were his parts sold to someone else.

I can not tell you how many shops I have seen fold over the last two years, and yes there were some personality conflicts, so I needed to focus on my business and it has greatly improved, I answer all calls, I process all orders, I send UPS tracking #'s when the order is placed, my main goal is customer satisfaction.

Trying to understand how this can possibly be counter productive, isn't this what forums are for? Unfortunately our Marauder world isn't always perfect and people make mistakes. I feel Jflaves thread was more helpful then harmful...:dunno:

The review can be helpful if we see a resolution take place but before that I'm sure there are some questions that need to be answered. I too am waiting for my stock brake brake line to bereturned so my I can get rid of my linelock. DR returned my original belt, intake and injectors two years ago when he worked on my car. As for everything else, coolant tank, shroud, pans, rotors, stock lines etc.etc.etc I'm still waiting. God forbid I ever want to return my car to stock or throw my setup on another MM. My parts had 8,000 miles on them. They no longer make the brake line from ford and I'm told the Vic ones are different. So since the lock hasn't worked right since install two years ago I guess I will have to pay someone to Fab me a line up so I can return to stock. Jflave has legitimate reason for his questions whether they are ALL answered or not is up to DR. This is where is customer service comes into play. We all heard tuners and installers do stupid things, its just how they handle it that's makes them good.

Damn, regardless of fault, I think I'd be beside myself if I was in jflave's position. There's just too much coincidence at that....
