Folks,
I have had a 30" aluminum air dam on my car for 2 years. It took black epoxy Krylon paint very well. The comment made earlier, " if your plastic air dam scraped an object the metal one will also". This is very accurate comment. If you make a ding in the metal air dam it is easy to straighten out. Bolts onto the existing mounting holes for the factory plastic air dam.
There is no bending and warping of this aluminum piece, it looks great.
