Found them! Plus, I had a brief email exchange with Jerry Barnes (Owner of Trilogy International) who said: "I am selling the molds for the front and rear fascia. They need to be refurbished to provide good Class A surfaces, but they are the original molds I used on my cars. Asking price is $20,000. Maybe there is someone you know that wants to buy them and make the parts?"

So we could definitely get a group buy on this. How do we go about finding a middle man to run them?

What would it cost you think to refurbish them? I don't have any experience with that kind of molding.

If you guys are all looking for bumper covers surely you can chip in and find a shop that will make a mold of factory covers.

20 grand for molds of Trilogy covers is insane imo. I'd sooner fabricate my own than pay that much.

Considering the low # of bumpers produced. I wonder how much refurbishing would be required?

The molds for the OEM bumpers are around somewhere. It wouldn't take much arm twisting on the part of FORD to have the supplier run off another 200 or so sets. I hate it when parts become obsolete within ten years!

Good thing we had Redline jump in to make better than OEM mats.
