I remember the day when white lettered tires and air shocks with wide tires and painting the rear white were cool ,now its every thing painted black and having your car 1 inch off the ground, but probably 20 or so years from now we will be thinking what were we thinking then,I always liked the white lettered tire look but those are a little big ,my .02
I hate that I am such a traditionalist. Not my fancy but, different :burnout:. Whatever puts the air in your sails I guess. It's yours and you can do what you'd like to it. But, thanks for sharing.
White letter tires never really went out of style to me. I have raised white letters wrapped around keystone classics on the 70 goat and I love the look. Here on the marauder I think it would look better if the letters were smaller.
After spending $140 on lettering kit and another $40 on mounting the tires outside in Ive decided to put the white letters on the inside since I couldn't get them unglued. I'll be seeing the guys that sold them to me next week at Sema, maybe they'll give me a price break on smaller lettering. I'm in a big fan of white letters but just didn't quite look right on the marauder. It had been an itch I had for awhile but didn't look right. I guess having the Cobras it's making me implement the look on the marauder but it's still a four door sedan. Thanks for all the opinions. In my eyes it's just constructive criticism.
