Marauderville 7....!!

Already done!!

That trip is in the itinerary for MV7. Nice to see that I am not the only one that really enjoys Metamora. We will be cruising there on Thursday during the meet.

Itinerary

Is there an Itinerary listed anyplace yet or is it too soon. Muncie dragway should be a good time. I used to race up there in the 80's.

No "official " itinerary yet, still waiting for some things to gel before we post it.

The sign-up will be posted at a later date and it will be through event-bright. ALL are welcome to sign-up and show up. We are still in the planning mode as far as registration fees and such, so please be patient.

Wow, Marauderville is in my home town? Sorry, I moved far away in 2005. Would make an awesome road trip though. Getting to drive on the Speedway (that would be a first) and visit mom and dad. Oh well. You never know.

Marked on the calendar. We should be able to make this one, work schedule permitting. Looking forward to hearing the rough plan of events when it's available. Standing by. Should be a nice caravan from our area.

Time off has been approved and the date is marked on the calendar.

Looking forward to finally attending a Marauderville. :burnout:

MERCMAN;

Since the King TUT exhibit will be in Indy during MV, could an option in the schedule accommodate those who wish to visit the exhibit?

Reservations/tickets have to be purchased far in advance WWW.kingtut.org/home so it would be great if there was an afternoon of optional activities.

I wouldn't want to miss the mandatory U-turn formation.

Regards,

Thanks for the link Pat. Got my certificate to purchase King Tut exibit tickets. No cost for the certificate. Allows purchase of tickets at later time. Figure no harm in being prepared. Saw this exibit in San Francisco. Well worth seeing again!

We will try to have a time for that. Sadly, the itinerary is going to be a busy one and that will mean some hard decisions on whether to see the exhibit and miss an event at MV7. The Indianapolis Children's museum (the home of the King Tut exhibit) is one of the worlds best Children's museums, and will take a few hours to see it all. My suggestion would be to arrive a day early or stay an extra day to be able to do justice to the museum.

It's like a 3 day drive for me, but I've done it before. I will definitely try to make this one. Anybody else from out West planning to go? I would love to convoy.

Just saw this and trying to see how I can pull it off. Its a two day run if I can make some good time. 900 miles in the first day, 800 the second.
