An 18-wheeler was sitting across from my routine parking spot today, so I just parked right out front of the building.
I was just looking at the car (as I am prone to do alot
) and noticed that the driver's side exhaust tip seemed to be lower than the passenger side. :dunno:
I went in and got the measuring tape and sure enough, when measured from the ground the left tip is at 14" and the right is at 15.25" (1.25" difference). Then I measured the rear fender wells. The driver's well is 28.5" and the passenger side is 29.375" (0.875").
It seems that my driver's side exhaust tip is 3/8" lower and the entire car is 7/8" lower on the driver's side.
The ground is pretty level. Could be the air suspension is bleeding off more on the left side. That still doesn't account for the alignment of the pipes. I feel ........ lopsided.
