My Procharger Install project!!!!!

I had those standoffs welded to the top of the intercooler you pinhead.
[emoji18] The location is what I'm referring to. I'm using the equipped holes on the side of the ic.

And depending on durability of the side brackets, I may add 2 more under the cooler as well.

CJ,
Glad to hear you didn't give up. Looks like you are closer than ever. Good luck with the project and definitely post pics.

What BOV did you end up going with?

There you are lololol. How ya been bud? Zack referred me to this one. It has a two color option but the first time around, they sent the wrong color. So I ended up with both color options. (silver & black) Here's the black.

You most definitely need the lower supports.
That intercooler is not light

I would be lying if I told you that we didnt put an F350 Powerstroke Intercooler in a Grand National with a sawzall and zip ties.

Looks good man! Hans does some great work at very reasonable prices! He is the one to TIG'd up my pipes after I mocked it all up and tacked them.

Very very reasonable [emoji33] . I was in shocked from what he quoted me for the brackets. And since we're on the subject, my next task is the piping mock up. Hopefully this little puzzle I created will help.

Looks about right for yours after some trimmings. I always tip Hans as I find it impossible that he can keep the doors open at those prices plus always going that extra mile. I think the fact that he's a one man band, it keeps all the work coming out of there quality driven. Yeah it's hard to get a hold of him, but that is what it is.

Today was phase two. (96-98 cobra timing cover & Cam/Valve covers) The hommie Vostok aka nick started the swap today.

Looks like you are making some progress. Have you decided on a belt yet? I'm happy with the gates greenback, quiet and no signs of slippage.

Are you running the mass air meter before or after the blower?

I'm using a 3.6 pulley so per my research of the pulley size, I took noticed that most of the cobra mustang owners were using a 108" belt size. And just incase you're wondering, the 108" belt that I have is by "gates". Hopefully the belt will remain sufficient for the extra idler pulley that Zack recommended. Im going blow-thru so the maf should mount right before the intake.
