new mod? for us.....light protectors

Lets see if I can shed some light for you folks over here on the Marauder site.

First - the film is made from high impact resistant vinyl film that is available in clear, blue, yellow or smoked. You can mix and match any color combo you want. As for others referring to the 3M version sorry to say 3M doesnt make any light protection, but they do make the adhesive that we use on the film :).

Colors and choices.

Smoked will reduce your light output up to 17%. Not usually recommended, but a lot of Charger folks sure like the look.

Clear - Of course will not change the output of the light at all.

Yellow - Will give a nice yellow look on the road, preferably for the fog lights.

Blue - Is our most popular color since it gives a nice look to the vehicle and most will tell you that it enhances the light output from the light. The blue film can not be seen at night from oncoming traffic. If it can they look just like HIDS anyways. The police only have issue with blue or red flashing lights in most states.

The coored film is sold as off-road use only and if you are at all worried about your state laws, please contact your local highway patrol since they will know best.

Now to the fun part= pictures of what it can do for you and your ride while protecting the light from breaking and/or pitting.

1. we need a Marauder and/or the lights so we can make a template

2. we need at least 5 orders of any combination.

headlight/turn signal/fog light kit $49.95 plus shipping
Fog Light only $19.95 plus shipping
Headlight only $29.95 plus shipping

Prices come down from there based upon orders. If we can help answer any more please let us know.
 
Rockblocker, I would donate my MM for the guinea pig, but I'm in MA and not sure where your closest shop is? Will you be doing the tail lights? I'm definately interested on those, especially smoked. Count me in on blue fog light covers and tail lights if you do them.

So were my fogs, with the film on them they do look better.
 
well count me in on the head/fog/turn package for the $50

that makes 3, come on, whoever is interested this isnt a bad price for $50

we need 2 more, or the more the cheaper
 
Count me in for the smoked color or blue man i wanna see how the blue looks ona black MM or a black car in general.....
 
i believe the top pic of the black charger with the ram air hood does have the blue film on the headlights and foglights..... its just not a noticable as it is on the white car
 
Ordered Headlight protectors

Well this was a tough choice..
I ordered from Xpel...$69.95...:eek: , but I should have done it a long time ago...
I'll be installing them myself...so I'll post how it goes...

Magindat is in for a full set of smoked.

I will guinea pig if needed if location is in South or central Florida.
 
im in for blue headlights and possibly yellow or blue fogs. i would like to get the tail lights smoked, but i dont think its offered?
 
i smoked out my tail lights 18+ months ago using another method. no probs from the cops here.

Rockblocker, I'd be interested as a guinea pig, and magindat would be too, we would just have to know if there's a shop located near us. Would you do the tail lights?
 
Man, I don't know what's going on. I've sent them emails, no response, and they obviously haven't been on here. And I think we have 5 people?
