Finally decided to join the world of grown ups, closing on a house on Friday.

It'll be nice to finally have a garage :banana:

Car will stay up for sale, since I'd still like to reduce my vehicle count.

Congrats!..I sort of like that siding/shingle shake or whatever it is called. I too bought a house about a year and half ago..never did find my dream garage with it, but I couldn't wait any longer and don;t really work on my cars so much anymore anyway. Don;t have all the tools, equipment and knowhow to delve deep into suff so quit looking for it when I bought..found low maintenece property instead...mostly wooded with very little grass..
 
Ha, yeah we have had a good 6 months of snow up here at this point :alone:

The shingle siding is one of the things that made me love the house. It's a very quirky little house for sure. Built in 1875, all the big oak beams inside the house are exposed, it still has poured glass windows, coal delivery shute, random stuff like that.
 
Looks like a nice place, congrats! There's nothing like having a garage to call your own to park a nice Marauder in...

I would kill for a 2 car garage. But I do have a 1 car.
At least my X wife is still enjoying my old 2 car man cave. B****.

My Marauder is my second money pit, the house is the first, way more cubic dollars than anything. Congrats on your new modding hobby...
