We have a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis with the Handling and Performance Package. It replaced our totaled 1995 Buick Roadmaster with the police car engine and suspension. It doesn't take much damage to total an eleven year old car with 145,000 miles. Interested in tuning the computer for revised shift points and torque converter lockup. I had the capability and used it with the Roadmaster and the 1995 Chevy Caprice ex highway patrol car we had.

Thanks for the info. I looked at BOC, and they are not offering what I am looking for. I want to get the capability of making the modifications myself, tailoring the lockup and unlock speeds versus throttle position in both third and fourth gear.
I also would like to delay the upshift from 2 to 3, and 3 to 4. I don't like lugging my engine under load at low RPM.
