Hmm... What is different?
The thread size, for one.
It also looks like the cap on 3W3Z-8548-CA is a little bit more shallow, as in the O-ring isn't in the same place as the OE cap and on FBM's cap.
There is also a slight construction difference...like, it's welded differently.

I know that's probably confusing, but I don't have the Marauder here at work so I can't take pictures of it.

Still no sign of those plugs up here in Canada :( Did you have a tracking number I can check?

This is getting concerning, sent money for two plugs quite awhile ago, and no responses to requests for tracking. FBM please advise! We needed them this week at the very latest for the new builds!

They were sent out. Don't have the tracking number, guy at P.O. forgot to give it to me. Shipping the Canada does take some time.

I messed up the OEM coolant crossover plug the last time I had to remove it. I even had anti seize on it and I still had to remove it with pliers.

If you have a buggered up plug or just want a better solution, I've found a supplier on another forum. He's agreed to make these for us.

I've agreed to use his pricing so I doubt you'll find these cheaper.
