What's up everone,

Well a week ago i was called and told i could be fit in for a Dyno tune. Well after work i headed to PowerByTheHour. We did a base run 93octane w/60lbs injectors and at 13.4lbs Car made 468RWHP. Then we changed to the 105lbs injetors and added some CornFuel

. We adjusted the fuel tables by about +28% to allow the used of E-85 left the Boost at 13.4lbs. Did another pull and she made 508RWHP... we where happy but you know i wanted MORE... So a recap(timing 16*,boost 13.4lbs, fuel adjusted 28%, 80degrees w/66*hudity the car made 508RWHP/496TQ. now that the new injectors are in and she is liking the E85. We bump the timing to 19* and strated adding boost. Every lbs the car wanted more.... We ended up at 24lbs with alot more left on the table. but i didnt want it Max'ed out because this is my DailyDriver at over 60miles a day so we left her at 24lbs and 19*

Here are the Injector differences.

It was time to adjust the boost. Boost controller set at 65% makes 13.5lbs. We adjusted to 75% and she LOVE IT. Here is the Dyno sheet to show end of the night Power. We had to stop do to Coils not able to keep the plug lite. That was fixed the day after.... Enjoy

I want mine on corn too but the nearest place I can get it at is in Orlando 85 miles away

Thanks for the props everyone. I Cant wait to take it to the track again. Should have alittle better times with the extra 160rwhp

Great numbers but I thought Ethanol was corrosive if the car wasn't prepared for it. What did you have to do to make your engine accept E-85?

Yes it is corrosive but so is Gas. The only thing i have seen with turning to E85 is that it CLEANS out the fuel system. Meaning it cleans out All the contaminents that the Gas(87,89,92,97 octane leaves behind. so it causes you to clean or change the fuel filters 2 or 3 times the first month or two.

I know more then a handful of people that have been running E85 for years with no issues.

My fuel system is completely custom but it wasnt done because of the E85. I built the system to handle a lot of power.

Here is a little info on E85. just something quick i found.

Yes i am runing MS2(Mega Squirt II) and LOVE IT. My next move is the E85 sensor that will adjust the tune to the % of Ethenol in the system. This will let me bounce from 93 to E85 when ever i would like. I will be driven to Naples a lot more for work. Naples has N0 E85 :(
