That's been happening on North Avenue in Baltimore for years....

Why do I find myself wishing that the car would roll over and then have an 18 wheeler crush them to death?
Or at least see the car go off into the crowd and mow down dozens of onlookers who are stupidly standing in the sand right next to the road!!
(It would look like a grenade went off in a large hamper full of towels and sandals if that happened!)
