Ordered some Aero's

Just ordered some Aero AT2525's for the MM. I was wondering if there was any way to take the resignators out of the stock tips? My tips are mint still and really dont want to spend the money on the inovative interceptors 4" tips. i see this set http://www.mandrelbendingsolutions.com/servlet/the-589/rolled/Detail
for cheap, but only come 18" over all length. is there any other cheap tips out there i also dont mind the 3 1/2".

Leave the tips for now, put the aeros in and see how it sounds.

Not really raspy, more throaty than anything. I removed my 2nd set of cats, midpipe is 2.5" and have 3.5" Meg's res-delete tips and it sounds good to me and a lot of people I know asked me right away if I changed something cause they notice it was a lot louder and better sounding.

lol these clips inspired me to buy the Aero's sounds great. where do you get the H pipe? i live in Mass. so i def have to pass emisions. does taking out the last set of cats make it not passable?
