Original motor vs other

Alright folks, in light of my recent engine troubles, I've been asking around a little. It seems several members are looking at a rebuild or better already this year. Seems also that many have already rebuilt/replaced in the past.

I got to wondering.....how many people who own a Marauder, still have the original engine, as assembled from the factory, in their car?
How many have had to rebuild or replace their motor (this would include those who chose to rebuild for upgrade/performance reasons and those who bought cars with motors done prior)?
I wish I knew how to set-up 1 of those "poll" things. It would be easier to quantify.

I just had zack fix my engine. i had a knock at about 32K it ended being a lack of oil to the passanger side. it was leaking to my valve covers
and a piece of debrie got in there so now its a perminant knock but nothing that will hurt the car. one of my cam journals was scored. if i can find new heads for a good price im goin to do the head swap because even though the knock isnt hurting my car is still hurts my ears.

original motor (for now) has 94k on the clock, runs like the day i bought it new from the dealer! ive used ams oil 5-w30 from day one, no smoke, and does not use a drop.

Wife's is on the original, with 170k. Mobil1 full synthetic 5w20 every 5k.

Mine was replaced under warranty @35, 2XX less than 800 miles left on origional 36/36,000.
I;ve been running the reman for 6 years 72K.

Original motor. Synthetic Mobil oil every 6000 miles. Only 135,000 miles runs stronger than day one.

Stock block/heads. 43k on it. Runs like a champ. 513hp 11 second street car. 20+ drag runs a year.

Does your motor "use" oil? If so, how often do you add/how much do you use between changes?

I think MarauderJack has over 250K on the OEM and 100+K are S/C.

Mine is all stock, with 96,000 this morning, no problems what so ever.

Original engine, with the exception of the intake system. Blower installed at 60K, currently 62K on the clock.

Changed mines at 22K used nothing but Mobil 1 Synthetic; No problems just wanted to upgrade to the cobra block.
