Sick-Speed play toy
I ended up going to my local Ford parts counter, where I picked up a replacement tube and separate PCV valve.
The new tube has been redesigned, with 45 degree rubber couplers at both ends, and is now routed under the fuel line. Both ends are apparently the same inside diameter, so it was a pain to get it onto the intake. But, since it's rubber, the pain was minor.
The PCV valve I got was identical to the original.
Missing from the equation is the 90 degree angle fitting that sits on top of the valve. I couldn't figure any other way to install the new tube without it, and couldn't get it off the old valve, so I continue to use to old valve. Went back to Ford to ask about it, but was told (by a different guy) that there is no right-angle adapter specified.
