Would any of the Philly area members be interested in a "mini-meet" on April 30 and then caravan to the "Cruise Night" at Ray's dealership?

Looks like the CAM group is gonna have a conflict since we are working on a meet at Bert's 50s Diner down in southern Maryland. Seems a Sunday drive up to Philadephia puts a crimp in the time schedule for folks that have to go to work on Monday morning. I did it in April 2004 and didn't get home until after 1 AM. Makes for a real short night for the early commuters. Sorry. :(
 
Philly Cruise Night

I did not intend on butting heads with the CAM guys, just thought some of us real close to Phila. might be coming from a different direction and/or would not have time to travel to a distant meeting spot. But if the majority prefers a common meeting spot, then let's do it!

No problem here ... in fact I suggested the 30 April Philly Cruise initially when Ray first posted the info ... however I didn't see many takers from CAM land and then the Bert's Diner thing was proposed..... The gang had a great time up at Northeast L-M and raised a ruckus at Bennigan's on Cottman Avenue prior to the event. There were some 16 MMs in the side lot and all the customers and staff came out to see what was happening. :up: One guy even remarked .... "Hey, do you know all those cars look the same?" :rolleyes: We barely even noticed. :rofl:
 
I'd like to get up to the PA area more often for some meets. 4/30 is a aways off to commit with all thats going on over here. Subscribing...

I'll be there! How bout we meet up at Bennigans at Cottman and Bustleton Aves in Philadelphia around 2 - 2:30, and we'll convoy over to Ray's from there like we done before?

Big Dog we be their as we will have his car together by then, his truck well that's another story. I think he is driving a fish van now?
