I have a Pioneer Avic D1 for sale at 199.00 plus shipping. This unit is complete with all parts. It has a 30 day waranty. It is in very nice shape. If you want a indash Pioneer Navigation unit and do not want to spend a lot this is the way to go. I only have One! :)
 
They have been buying the AVIC F 90 BT. This one is a take out that is used. It is am fm cd with Navigation.
 
You would need to buy that stuff separate. Installation parts are 25.00. If you want call me at 269 637 1994.
 
John I have one of these now that I need to re-calibrate. But what do we do with the navigation software? Is Pioneer standing behind these and updating them still?

I am at home now. I am sure that there is a new update for it. What do you mean by recalibrate?

The screen's touch mechanism is all screwed up I can't press buttons on the far right of the screen, it has progressively gotten worse since I acquired it in '07. But I have yet to try the recalibration technique on the avic-411 forums, I'll see if I get around to it this week.

BTW, I might have a buddy that may want yours for sale, I'll let you know asap.
 
It sounds like the key pad has shifted on it. It runs around 120.00 includung labor if I remember right to get a new one. I will have Andy check on it Weds. for you. They are famous for that problem. He is off work till then. Remind me if I forget!
 
I paid $1200 for a D1 new when it hit the market. It served me for almost 3 years in the Marauder. I upgraded (with John's help) to the F90. I passed the D1 along to another member here. He did the screen cal fix and it lives on in his Marauder.

D1 is nav and mp3 on CD mostly. Good power for the separates. HD, satellite radio, Ipod, etc are add ons the D1 supports and they fit nicely under the eatc module upon install. The guages and gyros are something I miss.

You'll want John's Scoche dash kit and wire harness. Also the SWI controller.

All in all a supreme value.

You'd be a moron to pass this deal up or nickel dime it to death!!!!

BTW, there's an install writup paper I did here somewhere that'll make the install CAKE!

Rich do you remember what it needed for the I Pod interconnect cable? That price book is no longer here.
