If you have the title, just forget about the insurance co and sell as is. You'll probably get more for it.
I'm sorry, but am lost on how the insurance company will total this car?
Your sig pic shows a SB, but you stated the MM is black?
Totally confused on this and how/why the insurance company was contacted to begin with? Considering no water made it's way inside the vehicle.
Mike.
I just can't see such a sought after, beautiful car go to the compactor that someone can enjoy.
as per the insurance adjusters in the area they are saying all the cars will be crushed due to the nature of the damage and federal regulations?? Regs being cars in an area considered a disaster zone by the President. This is to prevent a rash of cars being sold in other areas with flood damage and not represented as such. As happened several years back in Florida and other states. Just what they stated, who knows though. (Insurance guys and car salesman, cant trust 'em LOL) So if they plan on keeping it, I assume they'd be rather upset if I plucked parts off of it first lol.
She was happy with the value she got and that's where I stepped in to help guys that need parts or now I am looking into doing a buyback with the Insurance.
Well after everything was worked out between house, home, and all the other nonsense, I bought the car back from the insurance company. Car was retained so the title is clear and the car has zero problems. Car won't be parted out, either sold whole or I will keep it and play with it! Still debating
