Let's see if I have this right. The Centrifugal S/C is picking up unrestricted air from the space around the brake fluid reservoir and discharges the compressed air into piping going through the drivers side fender well. The piping routes the compressed air somewhere in front of, but outside, the engine bay (not shown) where it makes several turns then comes back up into the engine bay and routes along the passenger side front fender well to enter the cockpit on the passenger side floor. The compressed air is then cooled by a liquid to air heat exchanger and routed back into the engine bay ending in an enclosure on top of the throttle body/fuel injector apparatus.
I assume the S/C is modified so as to keep pressure up in all the piping, does that take time when going from part to full throttle, like turbo lag?
Didn't you used to work at NASA? I see similarities here.
