Oh well excuse me, but even the professionals had to learn somehow. The key is knowing when to throw in the towel and ask for help, if I would have followed your advice when I was 8 I never would have rebuilt my first bike, I would have hired a bicycle shop to do it, then I would have never learned to fix my own cars, I would have taken it to a mechanic, then I would have never went to college to become an aircraft mechanic and I wouldn't be fixing jets for a living would I? How would you ever know what your capable of if you never try? To me the person that never pushes themselves to try is more of a failure than the person that try's and fails.
