Refurbishing rims

Does anyone know of a good place that can refurbish rims for our cars?

Thanks! Forgot to ask in my original post but are marauder rims chromed or are they just polished to look like chrome?

I believe they are polished aluminum; I used to know this stuff like the back of my hand 10 years ago, but now sometimes I don't even recognize my own hand...

They are polished with a clear coat. PVD will make them look like chrome.
