if its doing it again, its obvious that who ever did the repaint didnt do it right.

If the surface is not prepped - anything below the finish will show through. Rust continues to grow no matter how pretty you temporarily make it. I would address this immediately.

Them little spots that start out a just a little swirl but eventually turns into a spot where the paint chips off...the roof was covered with them before I got it painted

It sounds like they didn't apply the clearcoat properly.

I'm going to go on a limb and say I doubt this. If it was there before, it could still be coming through.

Early 03's had a paint issue with the roof. The paint is rediculously thick. Unless the roof was stripped to bare metal and primed/repainted correctly, you'll continue to see the bubbles come through.

Even with the paint issues that would still make it there fault...I went to check on it that wednesday an they had it grinded down to the metal..so I figured they were doin a good job but I guess not

i believe the hood and roof were recalled for the paint issues. welcome to my world unless your really tall you can hardly notice.

prob. TSB lol i know i read something about it on here a while ago, my hood and roof (roof especially) look like junk, new hood on the way soon!

Sealer costs more, and many only use primer and not both. When sanded or stripped down to bare metal, it is allways best to seal immediately to avoid rust. The primer's biggest job is just to fill minor imperfections and give a good surface for the paint to bond to.
