Ruh Roh

It's a 289, Nevada sheet metal, painted in 08, no bubbles anywhere, it's not bought yet. There are lots of pics from when this owner bought it while it was being painted. Looked real straight.
But if you look at what time I'm making this post I am probably screwed....LOL.
Gonna see if I can talk the seller into taking it to Pep Boys or something so I can get it on a lift and get a good luck underneath.
IT will receive an LS transplant eventually, first will be suspension. Mustang 2 front end and multi link out back.
Only downside is it isn't an AC car. I know I can do Vintage Air but I'll probably want to find an original AC dash to make it clean.

Good news is the price or right enough there is room to MAYBE keep the MM, at least until the LS goes into the project car.

Not to tempt you but I've got a 5.3 transplant, with processor and harness coming into the shop today (I buy 'em when I can find 'em) that could be yours!!!! Hurry I sell 'em as fast as I buy 'em!!!!!

Nice car!
When I build my 390FE, I'm going to buy a Fairlane 500 or Mercury Cougar for it.

My first car was a 66 Fairlane, 4 door, 289 2bl. One owner from Colorado. I bought it in 1998 from the son of the lady that bought it new. Drove it for 5 years and loved every minute of it. If you can swing it, it would be a sweet car.
