SunShine State Marauders Monthly Meet 6-18-04

Just a little reminder, 3 days too go! By the way does anybody have a extra Center cap for the front grill of the Marauder? If so please bring it too the Meet this friday and I'll pay you for it. Thanks!
 
Well a little up date, It seams we will having another new member joining our group this Friday, Michburt (Mike) a proud new owner of a Mercury Marauder . I believe he will be stopping by this friday at the Tower Shops . So If I may the # is up too 12 ! SoilRiot, Firedab, Carfixer, Manuel Vidal, RoyLPita, Bootlegger, TMAC1337, FlyinMerc, Lotusstv, Larry,Michburt, Cobra25. I spoke to Bryanknie (Bryan) he will be on a Business trip and won't be able to make this meet.

That would be great ,If he does show we would have 13 members on a Friday nite. Our little group is growing quite nicely!

Well it was a great showing last night, I think it was one of the most draws that we had, 2 new members showed, FlyinMerc and Michburt, and possibly a new member Paul. We showed off some new goodies that we made and talked about the southeast meet with the GA crew. All in all a good time once again. :beer:
 
Once again, I had a nice time. I installed the Silverstar headlight bulbs in Michburt's 2004 MM. Now I know what I need after doing the job-- a load of bandages for my knuckles and a bottle of Advil for the migraine. :lol: J/K
I also met FlyinMerc. I showed him my dead pedal- "comfy" but no go. Oh well. Lotusstv showed up to everyone's surprise in a......... "Lotus". Very nice.

First of all I want to say thank you too SoilRiot(Bill) for the great Job he did on the Hat's and the Polo Shirts, T-Shirts coming soon. We all had the pleasure of meeting Flyinmerc & Michburt our 2 new members for the first time, welcome to the group. Also we had the pleasure of meeting another Marauder owner named Paul who will also be joining us soon. I believe , correct me if I'm wrong 15 members ,13 Marauders and I was told their was a Black Marauder hanging out with the SS Impala group, maybe someone sold their SS and Bought a Marauder! Any how we all had a great time as always.

I spoke too Dennis Reinhart about 2 weeks ago, he asked me to call him back around the 1st or second week in July . I'll talk to him them. As far as the date I'm gonna shoot for Sept. 18, If all goes well . As soon as I know a little more I post it. Looks like Gainsville Race Track.

I'll do maybe two runs. But anything to meet up with the guys from around the area. Its almost a mater of well, ok theres a race track, I might as well get some ¼ mile numbers.

I'm thinking about it, I plan on maybe doing one or more things to my Marauder before that ,so if I do I'll run it to see how it does. But the main reason I'm going is too meet some of the other members of the site.
