Throttle Body upgrades

Looking for feedback on upgrading the TB to a bigger unit. Has one done it? Pro's/Cons ? HP Gains Vs Butt Dyno(throttle responce).

I upgraded to the Accufab dual 60mm TB (stock is 55mm). The only thing I noticed is better throttle response.

It does look better than the stock unit.

You really can't bore out the stock unit because then you'll need to upgrade the butterflies.

To install an oval TB would require extensive upper intake modifications.

Let's see the modified upper intake.

I installed the larger unit. Throttle response was greatly improved. Since I road race the car once each year at SAAC sanctioned events, coming out of the turns into the straights was improved with the new unit.

Dyno says not much at all unless your blower requires it. My CFM well exceeded the stock unit.
