Tires...FYI

Nitto makes the 420S in stock 18 size 255/55/18.

After driving my car with the 420S in 255/45/20, Reinhart said they are "very grippy".

They are wearing excellently for me and I have super confidence with them in the rain.

I just ordered my second set of KDW2 from Tire Rack. I got about 13k miles on them and they are really close to being bald, but they served their purpose and really stuck to the ground. It's a shame they keep me from going up north in the winter, but Florida winters can't be beat.

I must be easy on tires. I have put about 11000 on them so far and they still look newish. Wearing much better than the OEM style did. But, I have done no burnouts, rarely any wheelspin, only occaisionally chirp 'em. Just too much dang traffic!!

dont even get the stock kdws. i went with the kdw2 and they look better, grip better, and are slightly cheaper. 255/55 18 for the rear
Just to be clear, you're not talking about this tire are you? It looks like an off road truck tire to me, and ruins the look of the Marauder, in my opinion.

Yep, these KDW2 enhance the look of the Marauder, with it's more aggressive looking tread and sticky compound. For the buck, I haven't found a better high performance tire. With all this tread on the ground they put out some serious smoke during a burnout.

I can't see the tires from the driver's seat. :)

Some people love the way they look, some hate it. Doesn't seem to be any middle ground.
