To sell or NOT to sell

Guy offered me $5,000 for my marauder, has 147,000 on the clock and a salvage title. Has a few extras like tint, Cai, pedals, aero muffled, ect. Paint has blisters on roof and small ones on hood. I cannot find one with similar miles for under 8k. Is this a good price with the salvage? I love this car but need to buy a house in the near future. Your impute wouldbe much apreaciated

Let me add to my previous comment, if the potential buyer is fully aware of the rebuilt title and all issues, I would sell immediately.
