Truck totaled

It figures with my luck. My truck had been sitting outside my house for the last few months because I had no real use for it. I sold it on ebay two days ago and the guy was supposed to be picking it up tomorrow. Tonight some lady fell asleep at the wheel and completely totaled the thing. Its actually rather gory. the rear axle is pushed pretty far up. One of the rims split apart.

To top it off after she totaled my truck she kept going went across my neighbors law and into my neighbors car. It makes me wonder how people live so long.

BTW I wonder how the guy/ebay handles a situation like this . . .
 
Pics are a coming. The guy and ebay was rather cool about it he came and took it for free. The way the truck was it probably would of cost me money to get towed out of the street.

Im bringing the lady to smalls claim court for the money.
