My Marauder has been in storage for six months I have been sick in hospital so I could not take marauder in for test until today. My plate sticker expires April 30th. Took marauder for test today and it failed. Then I took it to ford they said just drive it on expressway blow it out get it hot so I drove it sixty miles 80 mph plus went back to retest failed again. How much driving do I have to do to get some data on computer?? Thank You

Since you attempted to pass did the inspection people give you proof that you at least tried to pass? Our state gives 30 or 45 days (can't remember which) to remedy the problem so if pulled over in that time frame you just show the officer the paperwork.
Your state may have upgraded its software program for the OBDll test. You will need to most likely put the OEM tune back in to pass.

About two weeks ago I tried taking it in with a Z tune and came back not ready/unsupported due to the 02s being disabled. The guy said it did not fail was just rejected by the system. Told me he only sees that when the car has been modified.

Weird thing is, I'm pretty sure I've taken it in and passed before without re-flashing to stock before hand...

The first time I tested passed with flying colors a year and a half ago. Reject/Not Supported Cat&02 not supported

If your state allows you may be able to pass with a tailpipe test. The tester will have to put in some effort to check into whether your car qualifies. If it does it should pass with flying colors.

Easyist way though is to put the OEM tune back in. Pass, then put your SCT tune back in.

I have sct controller with stock tune stored . never used one before how do I load stock tune just a plug in motor on / off ??please help thanks!!

I passed last year with tune no problem.. this suks

Plug in your tuner to your OBD 2 port. Return to stock. Drive the hell out of it for a couple days before re-testing. Do at least 7 ignition cycles. Drive it overnight or something so you can take it in tomorrow and buy the sticker same day without any fees/penalties.

The tuner if it has a screen will have the option to return to stock if it has it stored.

Our evap system mon will only ready itself during the 1st 30 min of driving see my post in

See my post in shop talk Need help p0133 & p0153

Unplug something. Make it fail. Plug it back in. GO
o to a shop. Have them make paperwork saying you spend $450 or greater fixing this. Unplug something else. Fail a second time. Bring in your $450 proof of work. Get your waver.

Done.

Isn't the waiver only good for one year?

He would have to pay extra for the stupid sticker for buying it after expiration which is what he wanted to avoid this week before it failed.
