What did you do to your car today?

pulled the front suspension off the 2003 300a and ordered parts that looked used and abused. 36K in 3 years and only fluids and 2 tires so far. Coils, shocks, control arms, bushings, rotors, pads. Its all on its way.

Walked by it in the drive way wishing I could drive it lol. Need to find time to start tearing it down to get the drivers head off and have it gone through. Slowly accumulating parts for an eaton swap while it's down.

Pulled the air box to look at the air compressor. No water, but lots of debris in the tray. Need to drill drain holes.
Looked at it while reading posts about 4r70w rebuilds. Trying to decide if I'm smart enough to rebuild my trans myself.
May have the filthiest marauder ever. Tempted to cut down every tree within a mile of my house.

It’s been high 80’s to 90’s for a week so nothing at all. [emoji1303]

JEEEZ!.....

My co-workers dark blue Porsche Cayenne, which was parked next to me, was totally unscathed by the flying rats!

I mean.....REALLY!
Do pigeons take laxatives or something?

Pigeons seem to like clean targets for some reason, perhaps it's the reflective surface from their point of view Joe!

A Robin decided the DS mirror on my Mazda was a perfect place for him to roost, strut his stuff, admire himself in the mirror and mostly crap. A LOT. Every day I walked out in the morning to find the entire mirror, glass and door covered in it.
My solution was to tie a plastic bag over the mirror. So he just used the other side.....
He must have gotten laid because it finally stopped. Good riddance.

Water pump, thermostat, high pressure p/s line, changed the delta 50s out for some super 44s.

Hoping all the rest of my rear axle upgrade parts come in tomorrow, I'd like to get the 4.10s for the weekend. My larger rear sway bar should be in tomorrow as well.

Kinda warm outside

I just punched out and hop in the car and I see outside temp 100 on the EATC. It seems summer just got here.

Checked tire pressures this morning. RR had a slow leak - pulled nail looking thing out and plugged it. Marauder has been up for rotation every saturday for awhile now...

Just mounted my Cobra intercooler bracket behind the bumber and outside the frame by modifying the stock cobra bracket, got rid of the coolant lines I ran to the trunk for my trunk mounted intercooler tank, which I'll no longer use.

Finally got around to installing an additional transmission cooler. Works great

After three years of no A/C I finally got around to replacing my condenser LOL Yeah I’m kind of slow the last few years, not to mention with plenty of other vehicles to drive (and upkeep) I’m not exactly in a hurry to spend time and money like I used to.. But ice cold again.

Also got tired of hearing the wife nagging to roll her window down for her as her switch hasn’t worked in like a year. So cleaned the contacts as well.

Detailed the paint using Zaino.

The side fenders and doors with the exception of the side moldings are OEM.
