Will anything 2003-2011 from a CV or GM work?

The 98 to 02 fenders have a different lip to the inside of the fender at where wheel arch. It isn't a big deal, they just tend to hold dirt and moisture which leads to rust much quicker that the 03 to 11 fenders.

Around here you couldn't even buy the bolts that hold the fender on for that price. JYs in New England are stupid expensive.The fender should be exactly 33.34 out the door with tax and the discount.
Interesting, my 04 MM must have that dirt trap, whole car was repainted last year, drivers fender is already bubbling up.this is true, 2003 and later dont have the dirt trap
Those 17s were standard on all non-CVPI Vics for the last two years of production, I believe. I know they were on all the civilian models when I toured STAP in 2011. You'll start seeing them in JYs soon enough.
