I agree, Yorks... but I must stand by my statements about the Afghanistan involvement. If this is not common knowledge south of the border, then I believe the US media are guilty of manipulating facts. I'm sure the parents of the 4 Canadian servicemen killed when a US aircraft dropped bombs on them would appreciate the truth be known. That's all I have to say about it, let's get back to cars.

John, considering the info is available for all to see, why don't you take the initiative and compile such a spreadsheet? My most recent results are available as of late Friday evening, early Saturday morning, bone stock.

I'm with you TTA. I just think that unfortunately this thread got waylaid into a political argument that serves no purpose here.
Like you said- back to cars.

I'll take the initiative, but will Logan let me keep it on this website?

As soon as I get the permission to put the inital spreadsheet data on the website, everyone can put their stats on it.

Logan, can you help us out?

P.S.
By the way, this thread has the highest number of replies of any thread on this website currently.

Again, it is both a webmaster's and sponsor's dream! It's our dream too; to keep this website attracting more and more MM's. Right?

But remember my statement was that Canada did not support the USA at the United Nations to go to war in either Afghanistan or Iraq? Am I wrong?

Hi John. The answer is Yes.

The Government of Canada is currently participating in the Afghan theater. The Government of Canada is not participating in the Iraqi theater with military support, but is pledging money for the rebuilding effort.

Notice I said "Government of Canada". The people of Canada are a different story.

I hope I haven't further pushed this thread into the political front - just trying to give our US Cousins a little info. Heaven knows CNN won't :)

do the spread sheet...it would be interesting IMHO...I would like to see a wet nitrous system's #s on there if possible...and different combo's of mods...what's wrong with that? also include cost and have a bang for buck column...willie

My spirits are up again.

I know there are others who have responded positively about this idea. But we need others who have not responded to state their interest to have Master Stat/Mod/Misc. (tires, exhaust etc.) Spreadsheet. Anyone who wants to participate can put their name (optional) with their information. (See my above posting for details).

In one glance, every participant can see what others have done to their cars. It's like seeing the typical description of a person's car at the end of his posting. The advantage with the spreadsheet is the ability to see all of the data at the same time at your convenience without having to spend hours to search for the data.

This the time to send a message support this idea so that Logan can see the interest and hopfully act upon it.

Thanks for your support.

Is anyone working today? I know the employees in my company are not on this website. (Maybe some other one? Hmmmm.) .

We could have a spreadsheet for NO2 alone with the key differences to describe such an installation. I know very little about this as probably many other members.

We could have a spreadsheet for tires only. Or other mod of interest if there are many factors to consider.

I noticed that you don't mention anything about a supercharger. I presume you don't have one after looking at your 1/4 mile times.

Why didn't you get one?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing that you have done, even though I have a Vortech supercharger.

What do you think?

Dr. Caleb
Thank you for your response regarding the issue regarding Canadian support for the USA in the Afghani and Iraqi wars.

I'll review the information that you provided and will respond.

When my engine went south, I found VT engines (board sponsor) and they have the full package, but the holder of the money said "NO" So had the compression increased to 11-1. Might as well get what I can out of it. If I HAD all the money (or permision) needed at the time, I wouldn't have hesitated to get the full VT Marauder package (other then the 19" wheels. I don't care for them)
It is truly awsome.

John,

I think the spreadsheet idea is great. It would be nice if there were categories for the different build stages, mod's, etc., from mild to wild with associated et's and mph's.

Speaking as an old and proud Vietnam Vet . . . USA! USA! USA!

As an aside. One time, in a discussion with a Canadian WW2 veteran, a trooper of "Lord Strathcona's Canadian Horse",
when asked about air support they received in campaigns, his comment was "The only time we saw the RCAF was when they strafed us"
