i'm wondring if the ECU from Mercury GM will work or not ???

No, not a plug and play. If the processor has the same hardware code, then it could be flashed with a Marauder tune. You'd be better off getting a marauder EEC-V or get yours repaired.

PCM failures are quite rare. What makes you think you have an issue?

Fuel pump
Fuel filter clogged
TPS
IAC
Bad CKP


What does the Check Engine light do when cranking?
