Will the 13" brake kit clear a 17" rim

I am in the process of shopping for snow tires and want to make sure I choose a rim that will clear any future brake upgrades.

If I went with the 13.1" TCE kit, will they clear a 17" rim?? I am assuming that 16 inchers are out of the question.

The 13.1 kit is intended too and does fit the stock wheel as well as many aftermarket 17's or larger depending up on spoke shape. Sorry, but 16s are out of the question. Thanks for asking.
