Window Regulator

Anyone have instructions or a video on how to replace the front passenger window regulator?

I've got the door panel off, but nit sure how to remove the old window regulator.

Rock Auto has about 8 options for the front right. Any suggestions on a brand? Cardone or Dorman?
 
Thanks, I was just watching that exact same video. I'm really concerned about breaking the glass when punching out the two rivets that hold the glass.

I just did one today to remove a window for a member here. The rivets on the window from the one I took apart from an 03 MM door didn't need to be punched out just drilled but yours may be different.

I've got all of the rivets removed except the two that hold the glass in. Any suggestions? Should I use a small drill bit, maybe 1/8" and drill out the center of the rivet? Then a larger drill but, maybe 3/8" to drill out the rest? I really don't want to break the glass.
