Windy City Marauders

Any chance, you guys (& gals) would be interested in getting together on the Northside of Chi-town? I'd be more likely to be able to attend then. How about the Armpit of Wisconsin (Kenosha)? Any takers. Just throwing out suggestions.
 
jrzygl Byron dragstrip is the name of the track. it is off hwy 2 in Byron IL .I will be out of town that week of the 29th . MMM2003 thay are having aug 10th a ford show at union grove something to think about. you can race or enter the car show.:)
 
Ok, if the 29th doesn't work, July 6th or the 13th would work,
this thread is for an informal get together to eat and B.S. about the cars, the usual spot is Dell Rhea's off of 55, look to the beginning of the thread for directions. I'm working around Bill's race schedule myself......

Have you known me to miss a Chicken Meet yet? BTW,the 24oz Porterhouse left something to be desired,best to avoid it for the more usual vittles.

i'll take the fried chicken sandwich, no mayo; and an order of fries.

sarg will have his usual - a bacon cheeseburger. I will insist he have a big bowl of ice cream for dessert; he will be so preoccupied with eating that he wont notice me slip away from the table to take his car for a joyride.

For some odd reason, I thought it was tomorrow. All this baby stuff has me forgetting simple things like dates.
 
I'll be back in town for the 7/13 meet.
I met a guy named Wayne who has a Marauder and a very fast Z-28.He has no computer but is interested in coming 7/13.
His Marauder is his daily driver his Z is his pride and joy.I told him there are several guys who are also into Chevies too.And that he has lots of catching up to do.
 
Yes Poke the 13th is still on, I originally suggested tomorrow , but, didn't work for most........
