Home safe

Got home about an hour ago, after a couple of outlet mall stops, I think that I spent more on the extra gas than she did shopping! :confused: Just missed Gordon and Chris in Maumee by an hour.
 
Made it home by 11am we swiftly moved along, rinsed Merideath down, unpacked, and happy time was nappy time!
 
Back at home safe and sound! :flag:

I had a great run Sunday 744 miles South Haven to Lawrenceville:up: 11.2 hours!

Avg speed was 63 MPH per the "scan gauge" that was hook up before the trip.

No issues to report the car ran strong! Best highway/turnpike car ever built!

Tons of people to thank for a job well done:) :up:

Great to some "old friends" amd meet new ones!

Stopped overnight in Akron--will do the remaining 5 hours today to Baltimore. Beautiful day here to drive the remaining 5 hours to Baltimore.

Linda and I made it in 5 minutes! Worked in the yard a little and napped rest of the afternoon!:sleepy: You people were rough on me!!!!;)

I had three Marauders pass me as I headed west on 94/80. At least my left turn signal wasn't still flashing!! LOL!
 
Home safe and sound. Uneventful flight. Good to be home but sad MVX is just a memory - a great memory! Lots of first-timers and many veterans of Marauderville - great to meet everyone. Kenny Brown was disappointed he had a conflict at Autobahn. I forgot to mention he sent his regards to everyone.

Thanks again to John, Linda, Paul, Kirk and Joe for planning a great time and sharing Western Michigan with us all!!
 
Got home at 2:00 PM today. I miss you guys already. Going through Marauderville withdrawal. :(

We got in around 8:00 p.m. tonight. Stayed in Akron, OH Sunday night.

Stopped by the Flight 93 Memorial early afternoon today. Haggis & Ladyhawke caught up with us on the PA turnpike around 3:00 pm; We stopped in Frederick, MD for some dinner--reminisced about the fun in South Haven. Time went SO fast!!!!
