Been on the fence about the bolt look vs. the recessed Allen key look. I'll try a polished one and see how I like it.

Will powder coat stick to stainless?

Yes it will. As long as the parts can hold an electrical charge, you can powder coat it.

IMHO..... In this case I wouldn't recommend it since you'll have to remove it occasionally.

The whole reason to go with a "bolt" instead of the recessed "square" drive is the bolt is easier to remove. There have been many cases where you have to end up using a pair of channel lock pliers to remove the OEM plug, because the 1/4" drive ratchet or extension broke off or you just can't get enough torque to twist the plug, which results in a ratty looking plug.

I'm a member of this club and let me tell you: it SUCKS! Had to use heat to get the cap off, and in the process went too hot and put a nice crack in the weld which created a coolant leak that was uncurable. Had to buy a whole new crossover pipe.

Are you saying the new plug is junky or that the old OEM style gave you trouble? Your post is unclear...........at least to me :)

I posted in the original thread and hit the poll, but just to cover all the bases I'll post here too.
I'd like one (01) ea., polished.
Thanks :)

Did everyone post what they wanted in the poll?

Will be contacting the guy that makes them with a quantity. Will use the quantities list in the poll.

Just as an FYI I was one of the first to install one of these plugs years ago. The piece is of great quality and totally worth the money. toybreaker(Lee) is a great guy and does great work.
