No guess.
Adjustment tool for heavy duty clutches.
Have 2 in the service truck. One is bent to clear exhaust.
Most newer clutches have the adjuster built in and only require a socket or wrench.

Doing a major garage reorganization/sorting/condensing. Something I’ve been wanting to do since 2005. Came across a lot of specialty tools from years gone by. Many of which mechanics of last 20 years probably have no clue what they are. Thought I’d post a few pics to see who’s old enough to know what they are.

Up 1st and yes this is an official AC Delco tool:

Redneck outlet tester. Tool for security old slit wall switches.

Car museums love the old tools and parts. I was cleaning up the my house for a move and gave Crawford Auto Aviation museum in Cleveland my stuff.

MyBlackBeasts is the winner. Handy little puller for top post terminals that absolutely do not want to come off. Can be used on some styles of wiper arms too.
Corks can go back in?
