SRT8 City!

I am in the process of making those stickers that someone posted awhile back. (Here, Hemi Hemi Hemi!). If anyone would be interested. Give an idea on sizeing for them though. Length/height

Make it into a license plate frame and I will buy two of them!!

I wonder if these Jeeps are trail rated.:D I saw someone with a Jeep stroller for their baby and I asked if it was trail rated and the mom looked at like she didn't have a clue for the answer and didn't have a clue I was joking. :shake:

"Stupid Fast" and "Off Road" actually go pretty good together...For us truck guys...Perhaps, Motorhead 350 will agree...

I have a Blown '76 Bronco 4X4 that is "Stupid Fast"...it is a blast to drive...On or Off the road...

ALOHA

BTW: Those STR-8 Jeeps are OK...BUT...Remember the rule...Your car/truck is only as strong as its weakest link... I'll eat those jeeps, between beers...All day long...Then tow them to the side after they break...

I agree, there can be a time for Stupid Fast and off road, I don't think the SRT8 fits the bill. The SRT8 Jeep is supposed to be the fastest of all the SRT8s  at least on road

But, there is also a lot to be said for an 'off road' Jeep with a strong 4 cylinder, crazy low gear ratio and tall skinny tires.......all depends on where you want to go, and come back from.

Last time I was at the drag strip, I hot lapped a few with a stock SRT-8 300C. It was 85* and humid...I ran 13.8's to his 13.4's.

I understand...Motorhead...This thing will bite you, if you don't know what you are doing...Rolled it over three times...Bit me good...But kept me safe (6 point cage/ 5 point harness)...

Had mine on for about a year with the first motor...blew the bottom end out in a hurry...Running it now on the new Stage II modular 5.0 block that has been stroked 331 and bored 30* with forged twisted wedge pistons and H beam rods and a steel crank (blue printed and balanced)...with a 174 Weiland Roots Blower on it...This thing is a MONSTER...Will break all (4) 35's x 17.50 Mickey Thompson's loose with 1/2 throttle on dry pavement...Now that's a wild ride!...10 foot high - 4 tire rooster tails on the sand is common place when I bring this monster out...It's all re-done to 2006 specs: Motor/Trans/electrical/Lights/drive train/axles/suspension/Stereo...It is not gutted out by any means...In fact, it won the peoples choice award when I entered it in a car show...and it's BLACK...just like the MM...

How far "off road" do I go?...Started out doing it all...Dirt drags/Mud Bogs/Sand Drags/1/4 mile...you name it I did it...Rock crawling never appealed to me, though...too slow, besides it would make my beer foam up...not good...LOL

Now it's set up for Speed ...1/4 mile runs, and sand/Dirt drags...I try to get it off the pavement twice a month, if time allows...And it's street legal!...I drive it to work, on the weekends...

If I wasn't so deep into this one, the MM would have been SC'ed already...

I 've been blessed with the best of both worlds...

Blown '76 Bronco = Raw (Crazy) Power
MM = Refined (Classy) Power

BTW: I would like to put up some pics, but don't know how...If some one can explain how ...I'll try again...

Doesn't Logan have one?

Havn't seen any of them in Calgary, Just Vipers and 300c's.

maybe they are not sold in Canada?

Calgary also has a huge number of mini vans. Everywhere Mini vans. Here a mini van, there a mini van, everywhere a mini van.

Can someone explain how to post up pics? I'm not a computer kind of guy...Just can't get it to work...
